Employees Started To Return The Bonus: AIG CEO

The CEO of AIG, Edward Liddy who is now under intense pressure from US Government along with the Congress, announced, some of their executives already started to returning all or part of their bonus amount totaling of $165 million.

On the opposite, the Democratic leaders of the house announced a plan for having a vote on legislation to impose 90% additional tax to executives of those companies who received government assistance during the present economic crisis. It is needed to mention that AIG received $182 billion as government assistance.

President Obama already clear his standings by mentioning the AIG executives bonus as Outrageous Bonus as disclosed his administrations willingness to open a new agency which will govern all the companies receiving financial assistance during this economic crisis.
